Digital Transformation Manager

Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. (QTR) is hiring a Manager, Digital Transformation (ServiceNow) for a permanent hybrid role based in Toronto, ON. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading fiber network provider in Canada, where you'll lead major enterprise-level digital initiatives with a focus on enhancing customer experiences, optimizing operations, and innovating the organization's technological landscape.

As a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, you will be responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow platform governance, while managing delivery of large-scale programs such as ERP and CRM transformation, and advanced network planning solutions. Your role is crucial in aligning IT and business objectives through structured and agile delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of ServiceNow platform governance, implementation, and strategic planning.

• Lead large-scale digital programs including ERP modernization, CRM transformation, and network systems enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to define priorities, resource needs, and performance metrics.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and manage project roadmaps using Agile, ITIL, and SDLC methodologies.

• Establish and manage long-term support models and continuous improvement strategies for IT services.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to the ServiceNow platform team, building a culture of excellence.

• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, support agreements, and budget adherence.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading digital transformation at the enterprise level.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform operations, governance, and delivery.

• Strong track record in technical program management, particularly with cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of ITSM, platform governance, and emerging digital technologies.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and structured project methodologies.
