What You’ll Do
You will work closely with our core team to design, execute, and refine digital campaigns that attract new customers and generate high-quality leads. Your role will be hands-on, creative, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
· Manage Shopify and Amazon stores
· Create engaging ad copy, graphics, and promotional content (e.g., videos, banners, email templates)
· Help design and test landing pages
· Run A/B tests across platforms and optimize campaigns for click-through and conversion rates
· Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Shopify Analytics
· Assist with SEO and blog content planning to grow organic traffic
· Lead magnet ideas, and other brand-building experiments
· Report on funnel metrics and collaborate in building a scalable B2C sales process
What We Are Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
· Hold a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
· Have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (including internships or freelance projects)
· Have worked with paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, or similar platforms)
· Can develop creative content, graphics, short videos, headlines, and email copy
· Are familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Shopify dashboards)
· Understand the basics of sales funnels, lead generation, or e-commerce
· Are proactive, organized, and excited to learn and experiment in a startup setting
