Description:

O2E Brands, a multiple-time winner of Canada's Best Workplaces award, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Local Commercial Marketing team in Vancouver, BC. This is a hybrid full-time opportunity designed for an experienced marketer with a strong track record in digital campaign management and performance marketing across search, social, and display platforms.

In this role, you will be a key player in driving lead generation and revenue growth through data-driven digital strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage media spend, and analyze campaign performance while helping shape the future of scalable digital marketing initiatives at O2E Brands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.

  • Execute data-driven campaigns that generate traffic, leads, and revenue aligned with local commercial goals.

  • Design and run structured A/B tests and test-and-learn programs on YouTube, listings, and lead generation.

  • Build and manage high-converting landing pages and web content using CMS tools.

  • Maintain the company’s LinkedIn presence through strategic integration of organic and paid content.

  • Oversee and improve local SEO strategy, both technical and content-driven, to enhance visibility and inbound lead capture.

  • Analyze website traffic using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager to inform UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external media partners to ensure effective performance, ROI, and budget efficiency.

  • Share campaign results, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices to support a culture of innovation and scalability.


What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B, multi-location environment.

  • Proven experience managing paid search, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns.

  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO (technical and content), CRO, UX, and analytics tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience managing website content and building landing pages.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth-oriented, performance-driven approach.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: CAD 70,000 – 80,000 (equivalent to CAD 5,833 – 6,667 per month)
