Description:

Amplified Social is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join their team, starting August 18, 2025. This is a hybrid role based in Newfoundland and Labrador with flexibility for remote work. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the ideal candidate will bring a strategic, growth-driven mindset to lead coaching efforts, business development, team management, and operational efficiency.

In this multi-faceted leadership role, you’ll collaborate with the CEO to scale the business and support the evolution of the brand. Responsibilities include representing the company at events, leading sales calls, refining internal systems, and innovating service delivery. You’ll play an instrumental role in coaching clients (via 1:1 sessions, bootcamps, and trainings), shaping programs to deliver higher value, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Additionally, you will oversee all current projects and client accounts, drive strategic marketing direction, and lead a team by hosting regular team meetings, offering mentorship, and supporting professional development. The position also requires hands-on support in account and client management, project oversight, and social media execution when necessary.
