Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Strategist to join its Global Partnerships Media Integrations team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative, digital-first partnership marketing programs that engage fans, elevate partner brands, and leverage MLSE’s iconic sports and entertainment platforms.

The Digital Strategist will be responsible for building integrated campaigns across social platforms, digital media, and emerging technologies, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives. This role demands a strong balance of creativity, analytical skills, and client relationship management, while also focusing on delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing partnerships.

  • Leading digital-first initiatives across social platforms, digital content, and technology integrations (Meta, YouTube, Google, X, Snapchat, AR/VR).

  • Building digital campaign ecosystems and user journeys that create impactful brand connections.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, brand, partnerships, digital product, etc.).

  • Driving client presentations, proposals, and strategy sessions.

  • Monitoring, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance to ensure success.

  • Contributing to business development pitches and helping to secure new opportunities.

  • Staying up to date with emerging digital trends, platforms, and media innovations to enhance MLSE’s offerings.

This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, advertising, or paid media strategy. The ideal individual will have proven expertise in creating integrated digital marketing strategies, strong storytelling abilities, data-driven insights, and excellent presentation and communication skills. A passion for sports, entertainment, and digital innovation is strongly valued. Candidates should also be comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to support live events and campaigns.
