Description:
Shift Auto Group is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to elevate its online presence and ensure that every digital touchpoint delivers a seamless, engaging, and high-performing experience for customers. This is a full-time, permanent on-site position based in Fredericton, NB.
The Digital Experience Lead will oversee the implementation of digital strategies, optimization efforts, and the ongoing evolution of eight websites spanning OEM automotive brands and independent retail brands such as ReCar and Shift. You will act as the central point in the digital ecosystem, aligning marketing goals with technology solutions to create best-in-class online experiences.
Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of multiple websites and digital platforms.
Drive conversion performance improvements and enhance user experience across all digital channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, technology, and UX teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing digital experiences.
Continuously monitor analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage ongoing updates and evolution of digital properties to support brand growth and customer engagement.
Demonstrated experience in digital experience leadership.
Strong understanding of UX, website optimization, and digital analytics.
Ability to manage multiple digital projects and platforms simultaneously.
Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
