Description:
Abe The Agency, a specialized consultancy within the Directive family, is seeking a creative and ambitious Digital Designer to create performance-driven advertising visuals across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels. The role involves designing ad sets, landing pages, motion graphics, short-form video cutdowns, A/B testing, and supporting both client campaigns and Abe’s own marketing. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft ad visuals and landing pages to drive digital marketing KPIs
Produce motion graphics and short-form videos
Edit and optimize video assets for social media platforms
Maintain brand consistency while creatively adapting designs
Collaborate on A/B testing and data-driven design strategies
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis
Manage multiple design projects and communicate updates with stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Basic video editing/motion graphics using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping
