Description:

Abe The Agency, a newly launched social media advertising consultancy within the Directive family, is seeking a creative, driven, and results-focused Digital Designer to develop high-impact visual content for performance marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative B2B social media strategies and produce designs that directly influence business growth for enterprise brands.

As a Digital Designer at Abe, you will craft scroll-stopping ad creatives, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form videos optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design assets backed by data, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize creatives for maximum conversion rates. Your work will directly support both client campaigns and Abe’s own marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and measurable impact.

This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first agency environment, enjoys experimenting with creative approaches, and values the intersection of design, analytics, and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce static and motion-based ad creatives, landing pages, and short-form videos for multiple social media platforms

  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ads tailored to platform requirements and audience behaviors

  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative concepts with campaign objectives and audience insights

  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for various audiences and platforms

  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heatmap analysis to inform design improvements

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Stay updated with design trends, CRO best practices, and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative work

  • At least 1 year of motion graphics experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social media campaigns

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and CRO techniques

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

  • Ability to work remotely and manage independent workflows effectively
