Description:
The Digital Content Coordinator will create and implement recruitment campaigns for the unit's programs, teams, and events. The role involves coordinating messaging and design across various media, writing and editing content for websites and digital platforms, tracking digital content performance, and analyzing social media presence to improve engagement and search optimization. Responsibilities include organizing photography and video content for marketing purposes, monitoring campaign spending, overseeing casual or volunteer team members, and developing creative graphic, motion, and video content.
Candidates must hold a three-year Community College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), with trade certification or ongoing learning to stay current with technology and emerging fields. The role requires practical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt messages to diverse audiences. Some work will require evenings and weekends, and the position supports equity, diversity, accessibility, inclusion, and Indigenization initiatives.
