Description:
Absorb Software, a global leader in learning management and mentorship platforms, is seeking a Digital Client Success Manager (Together) to ensure the long-term success, adoption, and retention of customers through a digital-first, data-driven approach. The role focuses on scaling customer engagement via automation, analytics, and proactive client relationship management.
Manage post-launch success for Professional customers using a digital-first model.
Monitor customer health and adoption data to identify risks and opportunities.
Design and optimize automated customer journeys to improve engagement and retention.
Conduct virtual training sessions and office hours to drive adoption.
Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
Use CRM and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage workflows and customer data efficiently.
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support (SaaS preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in data analysis and trend interpretation.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent time and project management abilities.
Tech-savvy with a passion for scalable digital engagement.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proactive and collaborative team player.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Remote-first role; equipment and monthly flex allowances provided.
