Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize infrastructure to support the trading firm's engineering operations.

• Help architect and deploy a resilient, high-capacity storage system managing petabytes of data.

• Automate processes across the infrastructure landscape using Python and popular configuration management tools.

• Collaborate with other technologists to introduce and implement innovative infrastructure solutions.

• Troubleshoot networking issues and maintain robust connectivity in a performance-critical setup.

• Work closely with a small, highly competent team, contributing to projects from concept to deployment.

Essential Skills:

• Deep passion for Linux and the open-source ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience in on-premise/bare-metal infrastructure within mission-critical environments.

• Strong proficiency in automation/configuration tools (e.g., Puppet, Docker).

• Some experience in networking and ability to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.

• Exposure to HPC research, low-level systems, or ultra-low latency environments is a plus (but not mandatory).
