🔑 Key Skills:
• Strong experience in Windows 10/11 Administration
• Hands-on with SCCM / MECM & OS Deployment (MDT, OSD)
• Experience in software distribution & device management
• Strong troubleshooting & remote support skills
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• Knowledge of endpoint security, mobility & antivirus solutions
• Exposure to vulnerability management & ITIL processes
