Designer

Description:

Koffler Arts is seeking a Designer to lead fundraising and donor stewardship strategies for a dynamic multidisciplinary cultural organization. Reporting to the General Director and working closely with the Board of Directors, Director of External Relations, staff, and volunteers, the Senior Manager will design, implement, and manage all development initiatives supporting the growth and sustainability of Koffler Arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and tools.

• Collaborate with Board members on the annual campaign and other year-round fundraising initiatives.

• Design and manage corporate, foundation, and individual donor strategies.

• Grow donor relationships, including stewardship of major donors and recruitment of new supporters.

• Create and distribute digital and print fundraising materials.

• Manage donor data, reporting, and analytics.

• Coordinate with grant-writing team and support grant reporting requirements.

• Contribute to organizational strategic planning related to programming.

• Work with accounting to manage donor-related financial reporting, tax documentation, and cash flow.

• Maintain accurate calendars, budgets, CRM data, and strategic metrics for all development activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior development role in an arts or non-profit organization.

• Strong corporate network within the Toronto arts philanthropic community.

• Ability to manage multiple projects within a small team.

• Demonstrated experience in donor relations, stewardship, and Board engagement.

• Proficiency in financial and data management.

• Experience planning and executing fundraising events.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Passion for supporting a bold and innovative arts organization with national and international aspirations.
