Description:
In the Orthodontic Clinic at SickKids, the Dental Hygienist is responsible for carrying out dental hygiene duties and activities to meet the treatment plan that has been specifically designed by the orthodontist to meet the assessed needs of the client. The Dental Hygienist works closely with the interdisciplinary team.

Here's What You'll Need
- Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
- HARP certification
- One to two years orthodontic hygiene experience required
- Experience working with a pediatric population preferred
- Ability to assist to the needs of a select pediatric population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal direction; demonstrated ability to take initiative, be self directed, as well as, be a team player.
- Attention to detail and efficient time management skills
- Demonstrated resilience in a changing environment
