Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies with over 130 years of innovation, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive business growth for its CAD/CAM dental capital equipment portfolio in Northeastern Ontario, with emphasis on the Eastern Greater Toronto Area (East GTA). The company, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates globally with a strong presence in dental technologies, consumables, and solutions that advance patient care and improve oral health outcomes.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong business acumen, excellent territory management skills, and a passion for innovation in dental technology. The representative will collaborate with dealer partners, dental professionals, and internal colleagues to increase market presence, support product adoption, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute a territory business plan aligned with Dentsply Sirona’s strategy to achieve/exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate and co-travel with dealer sales representatives and technical staff to maximize equipment sales.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and training sessions for dental professionals and dealer representatives.

  • Support new product launches, conversions, and increased usage by existing customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, group practices, dental schools, and government institutions.

  • Manage customer pipeline, CRM data, and provide competitive market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.

  • Participate in regional and national tradeshows, CE events, and industry associations to strengthen market presence.

  • Manage T&E budget effectively and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), universities, and colleges to drive product adoption.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record (5–7 years) in sales within medical, dental, or technology industries.

  • University degree preferred; equivalent experience in the dental industry will be considered.

  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships across multi-layered business environments.

  • Skilled in ROI discussions, territory management, business analysis, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Highly competitive, disciplined, results-oriented, and adaptable.

  • Willingness to travel overnight (approximately 20%).

  • Valid driver’s license required.
