They are seeking a dependable, skilled, and passionate Level II Dental Assistant to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists with restorative, preventive, and surgical dental procedures

• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and operatories following infection control protocols

• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)

• Manage patient records and documentation using Abeldent software

• Maintain efficient patient flow and support overall clinic operations

• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked dental environment

• Provide compassionate and informative care to help patients feel comfortable and confident

• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders as needed

• Prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant Level II (CDA II) – mandatory

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Dental Assistant in Canada

• Proficient in Abeldent software for patient charting, scheduling, and documentation

• Strong knowledge of dental billing codes and clinical charting standards

• Availability to work three evenings per week

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Georgetown

• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong team-oriented attitude
