Description:
Directive is seeking a Demand Generation Manager with strong marketing acumen to join their fully remote team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global B2B performance marketing agency known for its innovative “Customer Generation” methodology that prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional metrics.
In this role, you will directly manage a portfolio of up to seven SMB SaaS accounts, overseeing their performance marketing strategies across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO. The ideal candidate is a T-shaped marketer with deep technical knowledge and a strong SaaS background. This role requires someone who thrives in a client-facing position, can pitch strategies confidently, and executes results-driven campaigns effectively.
You’ll be expected to project manage your accounts, foster client relationships, and demonstrate marketing leadership in strategy and execution. Passion for performance, a sharp eye for strategy, and an obsession with metrics are key traits for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage performance across multiple B2B/SaaS client accounts
Develop and pitch digital marketing strategies across Paid, SEO, and CRO channels
Execute high-performance marketing campaigns and drive measurable results
Build strong client relationships and manage communications with confidence and empathy
Project manage tasks, campaigns, and reporting timelines efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to creative and strategic brainstorming
Qualifications:
2+ years of marketing experience in a digital agency
2+ years in performance marketing with proven campaign results
T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing
Experience across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
Exceptional project management and communication skills
Availability and willingness to travel if needed
