Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coffee, beverages, and related products to customers on an assigned route (approximately 15 deliveries per day)
- Monitor customer inventory levels and process replenishment orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Perform preventive cleaning and basic equipment maintenance / troubleshooting to reduce service calls and ensure equipment operates properly. Escalate technical concerns when required
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support sales initiatives
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, unloading, picking, loading, and organizing inventory
- Complete delivery, inventory, and service documentation accurately using company systems and mobile applications
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager
