📍 Location: Canada – 100% Remote | EST Hours Preferred
🌟 Looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant with strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience to support a major Canadian government initiative.
🎯 Required Experience:
✔ 5+ years of HRIS/HCM implementation & configuration experience
✔ 2+ years of hands-on Dayforce (Ceridian) implementation experience
✔ End-to-end Dayforce implementation experience
✔ Strong expertise in at least one module: Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, or WFM
✔ Strong understanding of Canadian HR & Payroll processes
✔ Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and validation
✔ Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔥 Ideal Candidate:
• Dayforce Certified professionals preferred
• Consulting / implementation partner experience
• Multiple end-to-end Dayforce implementations
• Canadian HR & Payroll implementation experience
• Comfortable working independently in a remote consulting environment
