We are seeking a highly experienced Databricks Solution Architect with a proven track record in cloud migration (Azure or AWS) and end-to-end cloud environment setup. The ideal candidate brings over 5 years of hands-on expertise in Databricks, specializing in PySpark and Apache Spark, and has the ability to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines.

This role demands strong leadership and team management capabilities, including the ability to guide both onsite and offshore teams through the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning to successful delivery and closure. The candidate must be adept at coordinating across multiple time zones, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
