Data Team Lead

Description:

We're hiring a Data Team Lead to own everything data-related across the firm. You'll be responsible for how we collect, store, manage, and surface data — from internal operations to client-facing analytics.

What you'll own:

- All data infrastructure, pipelines, and architecture

- Data quality, governance, and observability standards

- Analytics, reporting, and dashboarding across the firm

- Tooling decisions — you choose what we use and how we use it

- A team as we grow. Full autonomy from day one.

What you bring:

- Deep experience with Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools

- Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions

- Understanding of financial services or regulated industries is a plus
