As an Eyecare Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering Specsavers’ world-renowned customer experience. You’ll assist customers with frame selections, eyewear styling, and contact lens support while creating positive and memorable experiences. With a caring personality, strong customer service focus, and eagerness to learn, you will help ensure every visitor enjoys quality eyecare and affordable eyewear tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and guide them through Specsavers’ eyecare and eyewear services.
Provide support in selecting frames, lenses, and offering knowledgeable styling advice.
Help first-time contact lens wearers adjust with confidence and comfort.
Deliver exceptional service following the Specsavers Customer Experience model, emphasizing long-term relationships.
Maintain high technical standards, creating WOW moments that exceed customer expectations.
Work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
No prior optical experience required – full training will be provided.
Passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Reliability and flexibility to adapt to retail scheduling demands.
