Data Entry Specialist

FroggaBio Inc., a leading Canadian distributor of laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables, is hiring a Data Entry Specialist / Customer Service Representative for its Toronto-based team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates with a scientific background and a passion for detail-oriented work in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter a wide range of customer orders into FroggaBio’s data entry system, attending to the specific requirements of each order.

• Generate customer quotations upon request from the sales team.

• Communicate with clients via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with invoicing, payment processing, and other related administrative functions.

Qualifications Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline is required; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.

• Laboratory experience is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

• Previous data entry or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (French is an asset).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
