Data Entry Clerk

 

Description:

Under the general supervision of the Training and Employment Coordinator of Urban Services and perform a variety of data entry clerical duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Training Administration System (TAS); a SITAG reporting system
  • Input client registrations
  • Monitor and track clients
  • Report programming information and input labour force activities
  • Prepare budgets, reports and claim procedures
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on the progress of clients
  • Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Performing data entry work with consistency and accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain concise and accurate records
  • Interpret administrative and financial reports.

Education/Experience:

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Certificate/Diploma in from a recognized Institution and/or combination of training and work experience in computers and/or clerical training
  • Possess excellent word processing skills
  • Ability to speak an official language of the PAGC would be an asset
