Description:
Under the general supervision of the Training and Employment Coordinator of Urban Services and perform a variety of data entry clerical duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Training Administration System (TAS); a SITAG reporting system
- Input client registrations
- Monitor and track clients
- Report programming information and input labour force activities
- Prepare budgets, reports and claim procedures
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on the progress of clients
- Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of policies and procedures
- Performing data entry work with consistency and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain concise and accurate records
- Interpret administrative and financial reports.
Education/Experience:
- Completion of secondary school
- Certificate/Diploma in from a recognized Institution and/or combination of training and work experience in computers and/or clerical training
- Possess excellent word processing skills
- Ability to speak an official language of the PAGC would be an asset
