Description:
Dialogue, Canada’s leading virtual care provider, is seeking a Data Developer, Analytics to join its Data Engineering team. The role focuses on building and maintaining data warehouse models, developing secure data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data products that support health insights, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Develop and optimize data warehouse models using dbt and Snowflake.
Design and implement secure end-to-end data pipelines with Python and Airflow.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, product managers, and software developers to translate business requirements into data products.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure data integrity, scalability, and high performance in all data solutions.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data or engineering roles.
Hands-on experience in enterprise data modelling within a cloud-based data warehouse.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Airflow for data pipeline development.
Strong product-oriented thinking and ability to align data products with business requirements.
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
