Data Developer

Description:

Dialogue, Canada’s leading virtual care provider, is seeking a Data Developer, Analytics to join its Data Engineering team. The role focuses on building and maintaining data warehouse models, developing secure data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data products that support health insights, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data warehouse models using dbt and Snowflake.

• Design and implement secure end-to-end data pipelines with Python and Airflow.

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, product managers, and software developers to translate business requirements into data products.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and high performance in all data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data or engineering roles.

• Hands-on experience in enterprise data modelling within a cloud-based data warehouse.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Airflow for data pipeline development.

• Strong product-oriented thinking and ability to align data products with business requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
