Data Collection Associate

Description:

Acosta Group is seeking a motivated Inventory - Field Data Collector to collect and transmit data from designated retail stores using a handheld device. This role requires maintaining in-store relationships, following retailer procedures, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection. The position involves travel within the assigned territory and requires physical capability for various tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed instructions and understand UPC attributes for accurate data collection

• Maintain in-store relationships and adhere to retailer procedures

• Communicate regularly with Retail Supervisor / Team Lead

• Check email for work directions and updates

• Access support documents and tools from online sources

• Work efficiently to meet cost, quality, and execution KPIs

• Consistently support company processes, policies, and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience combination

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as sitting, reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, standing, squatting, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Experience with online tools and apps

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
