Data Architect

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position)

Duration: Open ended SOW (Long Term)

• 8+ years in data engineering / architecture with at least 3+ years focused specifically on Snowflake
• Experience in designing end-to-end data architectures on AWS using Snowflake as the central data engine
• Experience in defining conceptual, logical, and physical data models using methodologies like Dimensional (Star/Snowflake schema) or Data Vault
• Experience in architecting scalable ETL/ELT ingestion frameworks for batch and real-time data processing, integrating sources into S3 and Snowflake.
• Expertise in Snowflake (Snowpark, Snow pipe etc.), AWS Services, SQL and Python
