Phelix.ai, a leading AI-powered automation platform for healthcare providers, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Healthcare SaaS) to be the first point of contact for users, including healthcare organizations and professionals across North America. The role involves delivering exceptional support through email, chat, and phone, resolving inquiries efficiently, and escalating complex issues to internal teams as required.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, providing user-friendly guidance, maintaining internal and external support documentation, monitoring support trends, and sharing feedback with product and operations teams to improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or success roles, preferably within a tech or healthcare technology environment. Strong communication skills, product understanding, proactive problem-solving ability, and familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk are highly desirable.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
