Customer Support Specialist

Description:

A well-established company serving the Quebec and Toronto markets is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their collaborative and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and excellent customer experiences in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process approximately 50 customer orders per day.

• Manage the entire order cycle, ensuring efficient and timely processing.

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm order details, resolve issues, and provide updates.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in office-based customer service.

• Bilingual: English and French (mandatory for client interactions in Quebec and Toronto).

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
