Description:

Cyclr, a fast-growing SaaS integration platform, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their Toronto team. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual in the early to mid stages of their career who is passionate about solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will support clients via email, chat, video calls, and phone—resolving technical queries and assisting with integration-related issues. This dynamic role requires hands-on experience with APIs, JavaScript, and support tools like Jira or Zendesk. A key part of the role is building a deep understanding of Cyclr’s products, monitoring KPIs, relaying feedback to product development, and contributing to customer training and webinars.

Required Skills:

  • Degree or experience in computer science or related field

  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, APIs, and integration of cloud applications

  • Familiarity with technical support platforms like Jira or Zendesk

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and task prioritization skills

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Jira Service Management

  • Knowledge of Embedded iPaaS
