Based in our CALGARY location, you will engage customers in maintaining positive relationships with the Zedi Cloud SCADA Solution and offer solutions to meet their business challenges.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
 

• Engage with customers as the lead point of contact for matters specific to assigned accounts within the existing customer database
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Act as a strong liaison between internal and external collaborators primarily through phone and email communications
• Raise awareness of company brand and product solutions through call and email campaigns
• Perform research on assigned accounts to identify available potential solution opportunities
• Perform research on assigned accounts to identify key players and influencers and generate solutions interest
• Participate in the development and delivery of new service offerings
• Route qualified opportunities to corporate sales executives for further development and closure
• Inbound lead follow-up and lead generation within existing customer database
• Source new solution opportunities within existing customer database through outbound calling and email campaign mediums
• Meet revenue retention and lead generation targets

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
 

• Post-secondary education
• 2+ years of customer experience
• Strong Inside sales experience
