In this role, you will serve as the face and voice of Deel for a portfolio of clients, responsible for building deep, strategic relationships that foster customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through operational and product-related challenges, identify opportunities for platform adoption, and advocate internally for client needs. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, analyze data for insights, and adapt to evolving priorities will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in SMB/MM or Enterprise segments.

  • Identify and flag risks to prevent customer churn.

  • Build strong client relationships by identifying pain points and proposing solutions.

  • Recognize and act on upsell and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing feedback with internal teams.

  • Provide a high-quality daily customer experience through timely responses and effective coordination with internal departments.

  • Promote adoption of platform features to enhance customer experience and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, advisory, or consulting roles.

  • Strong track record of performance and delivering measurable business results.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Passion for technology and the future of work.
