Description:

Softchoice, a leading software-focused IT solutions and services provider, is seeking a Customer Solutions Lead to join its Customer Strategy and Solution Sales Team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving customer success through consultative selling, strategic relationship management, and the delivery of innovative cloud and workplace technology solutions.

As a Customer Solutions Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning business outcomes with Softchoice’s professional, managed, and agility services across Cloud, Security, Collaboration, Applications, and Data.


Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Selling:

  • Engage directly with senior executives (VP and C-level) to understand business challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.

  • Lead complex multi-threaded sales opportunities involving AI, Cloud, Professional Services, and Managed Services.

  • Design comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with customer business goals.

  • Oversee smooth client transitions and adoption of new digital solutions.

Account Management:

  • Own and manage a book of business, driving pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.

  • Develop and execute account and close plans to ensure consistent sales performance.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers to assess progress and identify new opportunities.

Value Proposition & Solution Delivery:

  • Clearly articulate Softchoice’s value proposition across AI, Cloud, and Advanced Workplace solutions.

  • Tailor presentations and proposals to resonate with the client’s business needs.

  • Lead initiatives that help clients reduce IT spending, optimize infrastructure, and innovate operations.

Managed Services & Cloud Solutions:

  • Champion managed cloud and workplace solutions designed to enhance business resilience and agility.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery methods and ensure seamless implementation.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Partner with internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure coordinated go-to-market execution.

  • Mentor and guide new team members, sharing industry insights and best practices.

  • Participate in solution sales community discussions to enhance collective team performance.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years in sales or pre-sales roles with a proven track record of selling Professional and Managed Services solutions.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Microsoft 365, and modern workplace environments.

  • Sales Acumen: Ability to create and execute market attack plans and contribute to district growth strategies.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.

  • Leadership Qualities: A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor others and contribute to team success.
