Over the counter you will help us buy and sell 100+ currencies that range from US Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Pesos to more exotic currencies such as Colons, Kronas, Won, Bhat and much more. You will also help us buy and sell precious metals from Gold, Silver to Platinum in various shapes and sizes.

The customer service representative is one of the most import roles at Vancouver Bullion & Currency Exchange. As an ambassador of our brand you are the face of the company that will interact one on one with our customers and assist them with the many different products and services VBCE has to offer.
We are looking for the following:
Promptly assist customers with a wide variety of foreign currency and bullion transactions in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous & efficient manner. Identify customer needs & match with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques. Make qualified referrals to other team members. Own customer inquiries/concerns/complaints. Ensure service recovery procedures and security & safeguarding procedures for prevention of loss are followed. Self-Management & Teamwork Functional level knowledge of Gold/Silver, Foreign Currency products/services Provide customer satisfaction excellence by creating a positive image and memorable impression.
