Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract that has the possibility for permanency. The successful candidate will thrive in a customer service focused work environment and will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude with a willingness to take on additional tasks as necessary. If you have experience with the following tasks listed below, this opportunity is for you!

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Prepare reports
• Coordinate and manage deliverable timelines
• Maintain sales reports
• Provide customer service to clients
• Provide product information
• Resolve account issues
• Support internal staff with various administrative tasks

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• College diploma or relevant post secondary education
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Technologically Savvy
• Fluency in French is an asset
