As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and online communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer service support in both French and English.

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices.

  • Document, track, and manage customer interactions accurately in internal databases.

  • Follow call flow scripts while adapting responses to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Offer additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer value.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, including familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable technologies.

  • Deliver an engaging, friendly, and positive customer experience with every interaction.


Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for remote work.

  • Strong multitasking ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.

  • Excellent computer navigation and typing skills.

  • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (wireless, hotspots, or satellite not accepted).

  • Must have access to a desktop or laptop for initial testing and potential work setup (equipment may be provided depending on the role).

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
