You will be part of a team which delivers key processes to help customers transfer their pension benefits both to and from Aviva and will really love making a difference in customers lives.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Excellent telephony and administrative skills
  • Accountability for your customers and service their needs in a competent, professional, and timely manner
  • You will be responsible for ensuring customer's money is moved safely and in-line with the relevant regulations and internal policies and frameworks
  • An expert in your role, with a deep knowledge of the relevant products, systems and processes.
  • A positive advocate for your team/area and a 'go to' for others to help support you in delighting our customers.


What you'll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £20,000 and £23,500 based on a 35 hour week or pro rata up to £26,800 if you prefer a 40 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
