Role Overview:
The Customer Lifecycle Operations Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing early customer lifecycle stages—from first contact through early adoption—ensuring customers realize consistent value quickly. This role bridges Customer Success and Marketing Operations, focusing on building scalable internal workflows, systems, and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize scalable early lifecycle processes to streamline onboarding and improve time-to-value.
Drive product adoption initiatives using data-driven insights to identify friction points and improve usage patterns.
Create and refine engagement frameworks, playbooks, and automation rules supporting onboarding experiences both in-product and externally.
Build and manage engagement and tracking systems using platforms like Pendo, Gainsight, and Salesforce.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align lifecycle programs with business and user needs.
Continuously improve lifecycle touchpoints, content delivery, and engagement cadence using a test-and-learn methodology.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, product engagement metrics, and user behavior analytics.
Experience supporting Product-Led Growth (PLG) or digital customer engagement models.
Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and internal enablement.
Proven ability to design, build, and optimize customer programs and operational processes.
Experience with Pendo, Gainsight, and Salesforce platforms.
Analytical mindset with capability to translate insights into actionable operational improvements.

Compensation:
Base salary CAD 114,000 - 143,000 annually plus applicable bonuses.
Final compensation based on knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
