Customer Experience Leader

 

Description:

Indigo is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Leader (CEL) to join their team. As part of the store’s leadership, you will be instrumental in executing operational strategies and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. In this role, you'll help drive the store’s success by inspiring a customer-centric culture and contributing to achieving sales goals, all while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, customer service, visual standards, and sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to promote Indigo’s mission and maintain customer-centric practices across physical and online channels.

  • Ensure the team is informed about products, promotions, and programs.

  • Manage facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and loss prevention during your shift.

  • Role model feedback, coaching, and Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics.

  • Contribute to talent management activities, fostering diversity and inclusion.

  • Cultivate a trusting work environment where employee well-being and contributions are valued.

  • Ensure the health and safety of employees and customers is a top priority.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising, or operations role.

  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute work efficiently.

  • Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards.

  • Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds with appropriate equipment.

  • Flexible availability (minimum 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
