Crm Project Manager

 

Description:

As a Technical Project Manager on the Business Technology team, you will collaborate with business area leads and subject matter experts to manage a portfolio of projects aligned with the company’s product roadmap. You will build confidence with stakeholders by understanding business drivers, influencing decision-making, and recommending technology solutions that minimize technical debt.

You will provide effort estimates for sprint planning, communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and foster productive cross-functional relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to identify needs and provide industry-leading CRM insights

  • Analyze current business processes and document process flows, use cases, epics, and user stories

  • Identify gaps and recommend action plans

  • Produce clear business requirements, process maps, and wireframes

  • Evaluate vendor solutions and assist with prioritization

  • Manage project delivery and quality assurance

  • Provide training and documentation related to Salesforce functionality

  • Own data analytics related to Salesforce declarative configuration (reports, page layouts)

  • Monitor and respond to feature and support requests

  • Conduct regression testing as needed before releasing updates

  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to report progress and address obstacles
