Description:
As a Technical Project Manager on the Business Technology team, you will collaborate with business area leads and subject matter experts to manage a portfolio of projects aligned with the company’s product roadmap. You will build confidence with stakeholders by understanding business drivers, influencing decision-making, and recommending technology solutions that minimize technical debt.
You will provide effort estimates for sprint planning, communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and foster productive cross-functional relationships.
Engage directly with business stakeholders to identify needs and provide industry-leading CRM insights
Analyze current business processes and document process flows, use cases, epics, and user stories
Identify gaps and recommend action plans
Produce clear business requirements, process maps, and wireframes
Evaluate vendor solutions and assist with prioritization
Manage project delivery and quality assurance
Provide training and documentation related to Salesforce functionality
Own data analytics related to Salesforce declarative configuration (reports, page layouts)
Monitor and respond to feature and support requests
Conduct regression testing as needed before releasing updates
Participate in daily scrum meetings to report progress and address obstacles
