Description:
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Greeting and interacting with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner in person and on the phone (Please note: for training purposes phone calls are monitored by a third party service provider)
- Prompt response of resident issues and service requests (within 24 hours)
- Assist with resident events (i.e. Holiday parties, summer barbeques)
- Promote a neighbourly and community atmosphere (i.e. coordinate food drives, garage sales
Skill Set Required
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude towards learning and training
- Well-developed verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated cleaning skills
- Ability to display a professional/presentable appearance/attire
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities
- Basic computer and emailing skills
- Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems
- One individual must be able to lift and push heavy objects (up to 20lbs), including garbage bins, furniture and appliances or perform snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
- Bilingual in English and French
