Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser

Description:

Mosaic North America, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser to join its team in Prince Albert, SK. This role involves supporting merchandising initiatives for top cosmetics, grocery, and electronics brands, along with a variety of other clients. The position offers flexibility with daytime hours, occasional travel, and the chance to work within a supportive team. It is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and update shelving, displays, and walls according to planograms and instructions.

• Plan and schedule store visits within the assigned territory.

• Communicate work schedules with team members as required.

• Attend training sessions, including conference calls, online and field training.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store and department managers.

• Complete daily shift reporting with photographs of completed tasks through the online system.

• Execute merchandising calls at stores including Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.

Qualifications:

• Previous merchandising experience preferred, though not essential.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to implement planogram changes accurately.

• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and deadline management.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic personality.

• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday–Friday between 9:00 am–5:00 pm, up to 20 hours per week.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

• Willingness to travel up to 160 km from the region.

• Proficiency in using a computer with internet access and the ability to take and submit photos of completed work.
