Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage U.S. corporate tax compliance and planning engagements for U.S. corporations and Canadian companies with U.S. operations.
Deliver tax advisory services tailored to owner-managed businesses and cross-border corporate structures.
Mentor and support junior staff through effective training and review processes.
Contribute to business development initiatives and take an active role in personal and team development activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong experience in U.S. corporate taxation and cross-border tax matters.
Solid understanding of tax compliance processes and tax planning strategies.
Excellent mentoring, communication, and leadership skills.
Professional credentials (CPA or equivalent) would be an asset.
