The Analyst will report to the VP, Corporate Strategy & Development and contribute to the evolution and growth of Scene+ by supporting strategic planning, corporate development, market research, executive communications, and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and execution of corporate strategy by conducting market, trend, and competitor research.

  • Prepare clear, compelling executive and board-level presentations and briefing materials.

  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and track progress on key initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and process improvement.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs with accurate, actionable business insights.


Candidate Profile:

  • Strategic background: Experience as Analyst or Associate in consulting preferred; experience in loyalty, financial services, or retail is an asset.

  • Analytical strength: Skilled in market research, financial modeling, business case creation; able to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to tailor messages to senior leadership.

  • Technical skills: Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Tableau or data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Organizational skills: Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Collaborative, trustworthy, and professional with confidential information.
