R+V Versicherung is seeking a Firmenberater (m/w/d) (Corporate Insurance Consultant) to join its General Agency in Marne, providing expert insurance consultation and solutions for business clients. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for driven professionals with strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding R+V corporate insurance offerings.

• Provide tailored consultations based on each client's individual circumstances using modern advisory tools.

• Review and optimize existing insurance coverage for clients.

• Acquire new clients and support existing ones with effective, long-term insurance solutions.

• Conduct in-person consultations either on-site or at the agency, with digital tools used as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Completed training as a Versicherungsfachmann (m/w/d) (Certified Insurance Specialist).

• Solid knowledge in corporate insurance products and relevant tax implications.

• Proven sales expertise with a strong customer service orientation.

• Professional demeanor, confident presentation, and strong communication skills.

• Analytical thinking to develop individualized customer solutions.

• Experience using digital advisory tools.
