Description:
CAE is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Credit Card Administrator to join its finance team in Montreal, QC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s corporate card programs from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all related processes. You will work closely with finance, procurement, and regional administrators, serving as the primary point of contact for cardholders across the organization.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong financial acumen, advanced systems knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Corporate Credit Card Administrator will also support departmental projects, assist with Concur expense tool administration, and provide training to employees to ensure proper card use and reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end corporate card program administration, from applications to issuance and cancellations.
Monitor and reconcile card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
Develop and implement card-related policies and procedures in collaboration with finance and procurement.
Provide support and guidance to regional program administrators.
Conduct audits and transaction reviews, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Monitor delinquency accounts and aging reports.
Train employees on card usage, expense reporting, and reimbursements.
Act as the main point of contact for cardholders, troubleshooting issues and resolving disputes.
Generate analytical reports on card expenditures and usage trends to support financial decision-making.
Support other finance projects as needed and assist with Concur expense tool administration.
Qualifications:
College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in corporate finance, accounting, or procurement considered an asset.
Strong understanding of corporate card programs, compliance standards, and financial controls.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Concur, and advanced Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Learning agility with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
Business travel knowledge is an asset (training provided if needed).
Bilingual in French and English required.
