We are currently seeking a Corporate Access Intern to join our Capital Markets Division for Summer 2025 (May–August). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in investor relations, corporate events, and capital markets strategy. You will work alongside experienced professionals and interact with institutional investors, corporate clients, and internal banking teams, supporting a wide range of high-impact investor initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person investor meetings, including non-deal roadshows and strategic one-on-one sessions.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of investor CRM and contact databases to enhance outreach and engagement.

  • Conduct research on institutional investors and relevant industries to support investor targeting strategies.

  • Prepare briefing documents, investor profiles, and internal reports to facilitate effective meeting execution.

  • Collaborate with Capital Markets and Investment Banking teams to create presentation materials and manage event logistics.

  • Participate in internal strategy meetings and selected investor events for deeper market exposure.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in capital markets, investor relations, and strategic communications.

  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn; familiarity with financial databases such as PitchBook or Capital IQ is a plus.
