We are a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder, General Contractor and Landlord of office, commercial and industrial buildings,
The role is to support all aspects of accounting management:
- Billing - Reporting Reconciliations - Budgets - Audits - Month End Closing - Year End Closing.
- Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Manage journal entries and invoices.
- Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies of imbalances.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Understanding of date analysis and forecasting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
- Experience in JONAS is preferable.
- Working knowledge of Construction and Property Management as well as Development.
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable.
- Well organized and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
