Content Specialist

Description:

ICUC is a fully remote global team of creatives, strategists, content creators, and social media managers. We partner with leading brands to deliver high-quality Content Specialist expertise and community engagement. We are currently seeking a bilingual (English & French) Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced team.

This role involves moderating social conversations, crafting engaging content, and ensuring digital communities are safe, respectful, and on-brand. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and open to working a combination of day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and respond to comments across client social media platforms using each brand’s voice.

• Write clear, engaging content to spark conversation and encourage community engagement.

• Ensure all online communities remain safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.

• Identify and escalate issues, insights, and trends to internal teams when necessary.

• Understand and embody each client’s strategy, tone, and audience.

Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency in English AND French, with strong cultural awareness.

• Exceptional written communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity) in both languages.

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Professional experience managing social media platforms, including moderation and engagement.

• Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices.

• Ability to write using various brand voices tailored to different audiences.

• Reliable, organized, and customer-service oriented.

• Fast and stable internet connection with no data limits.

• Active Facebook account.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts (8AM–4PM, 4PM–12AM, 12AM–8AM CST).

• Must work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

• Full-time (32–40 hrs/week) and part-time (24–32 hrs/week) opportunities available.
