Description:

Bantrel Co., a leading Canadian provider of EPC/EPCM services for major energy, mining, infrastructure, and nuclear projects, is seeking an experienced Consultant to support business development efforts within their Infrastructure division. Based in the Toronto office, this full-time permanent role focuses on strategic growth activities, commercial strategy, proposal development, and industry engagement.

The role also offers potential pathways into project and operational positions depending on career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Bantrel’s Strategy Framework through market, client, and competitor analysis across Canada.

• Oversee proposal development, including capture strategy, technical plans, and commercial execution plans.

• Represent Bantrel in the industry to build relationships and promote brand visibility.

• Collaborate with VP/General Manager to create and implement market development strategies.

• Manage pursuit risk processes and coordinate with legal and project teams during contract reviews.

• Support commercial strategy and pricing for pursuits.

• Work closely with Bechtel Global Business Units to pursue joint market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of EPC/EPCM experience in business development, operations, or project execution.

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Construction, or Law.

• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial strategy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients, senior leadership, and frontline teams.

• Based in Toronto with willingness to travel to client and project sites across Canada.
